My Academic Background
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, where I developed a strong foundation in marketing strategies, consumer behavior, and brand development. This background enhances my ability to create engaging and effective instructional content with a focus on user-centric design and persuasive communication.

I completed a UX Design Certificate from Merit America, where I gained hands-on experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. Through this program, I created user-centered projects that showcase my ability to design intuitive and accessible digital experiences.

Currently, I am pursuing a Master’s in Education Technology and Instructional Design at Western Governors University. This program is strengthening my expertise in learning experience design (LXD), instructional strategies, and technology integration. My coursework includes e-learning development, LMS implementation, and applying instructional theories to create impactful educational solutions.
